Preparation work before CNC lathe operation

1. Before starting the CNC lathe, you must carefully check whether the lubricating oil of the lathe is sufficient so that the machine can be lubricated normally.

2. Carry out a comprehensive inspection of the lathe, including the lubrication system and the safety devices of each part of the machine, and confirm that each part is in normal condition.

3. The tools used must be consistent with the specifications of the machine tool, and the tools and fixtures must be well fixed.

4. The cooling system and electrical system ensure the correct working state.

5. The whole machine needs to be cleaned. Cotton yarn or gauze cannot be used. Cotton or silk cloth soaked in detergent should be used.

6. Check the air pressure system, calibrate the sensor, and ensure that each machine system works normally.

7. After installing the tool, it is necessary to establish the coordinate system of the workpiece and enter relevant tool parameters and other information.

8. Before starting processing, it is necessary to verify the correctness of the program. After the program is correct, it can be operated.

9. Tools, measuring tools, fixtures, cutting tools and auxiliary parts, and ensure the preparation of cutting fluid.

10. According to the processing conditions, determine the processing procedures and cutting amounts, and prepare the blanks.

11. Comply with and be familiar with the safe operating procedures of the CNC lathe to ensure safety during operation.
