1. Main features of cnc lathe machine

(1) The main body of TCK1000 series cnc lathe machine

adopts a 45-degree inclined integral casting structure, which is manufactured by high-density cast iron combined with resin sand precision molding process. The internal reinforcement rib layout is designed through topological optimization analysis, combined with multiple artificial aging treatments and natural aging processes, which significantly improves the mechanical properties of the basic components and ensures the structural stability and rigidity retention of the equipment under long-term high-intensity operation.

(2)The X and Z axes are equipped with precision linear slide mechanisms, and heavy-duty rolling guide assemblies are used in both axial directions. The Z axis innovatively adopts a six-slide support structure with a centralized automatic lubrication system to effectively reduce friction loss and enhance the load-bearing capacity of the motion system, achieving positioning accuracy and better dynamic response characteristics.

(3)The CNC tailstock unit integrates an intelligent control system, equipped with a hydraulic self-locking device and a built-in rotary mechanism. The standard configuration adopts a fixed center design combined with a hydraulic drive mobile system, and an optional servo motor drive module to provide higher-precision axial positioning support for complex processing.

(4)The spindle adopts a combination of large-diameter precision angular contact thrust ball bearings and double-row cylindrical roller bearings, and cooperates with a high-torque servo spindle motor to achieve constant torque output and excellent anti-deformation ability within a wide speed range.

(5)The X and Z ball screws adopt preloaded ball screw pairs, and innovatively apply internal circulation pre-stretched nut technology. The support end uses a special radial thrust ball bearing group with a contact angle of 60 degrees. By optimizing the preload distribution, the axial load-bearing stiffness is effectively improved to ensure the positioning repeatability of the precision transmission system.
