Introduction
1.This machine tool is a high-speed, high-precision, high reliability oblique bed machine tool. The bed base, bed, headstock and other main components are made of high-strength materials to ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool.
2. High speed, high precision and high rigidity cartridge type spindle unit, servo spindle motor, can achieve higher spindle speed. The spindle unit is assembled in a constant temperature chamber. After assembly, it runs in at constant temperature for 72 hours, and then runs in for 72 hours continuously after running on the machine to ensure the reliability of high-speed and high-precision performance.
3. It has the advantages of fast tool changing speed and high positioning accuracy.
4. In X and Z direction, servo motor is directly connected with lead screw through large torque and low inertia elastic coupling to ensure positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy; advanced centralized automatic lubrication device is adopted, and timing and quantitative automatic intermittent lubrication are adopted to ensure stable and reliable operation.
5. Machine tool protection adopts full protection design, which is pleasant, waterproof and anti chip reliable, and easy to maintain.
