1.Main support structure

2. Drive control system
The equipment adopts a dual-axis linkage drive solution, in which the Z-axis movement is performed by the saddle unit along the longitudinal direction of the bed, and the X-axis movement is driven horizontally by the slide assembly. Both motion systems are equipped with high-performance servo motors and imported precision ball transmission components, and direct power connection is achieved through a gapless elastic coupling device. This drive solution effectively eliminates the reverse clearance in traditional transmission and ensures that the control accuracy of each axial displacement reaches the micron level.
3. Motion bearing assembly
The bearing mechanism adopts an HT300 saddle base manufactured by an integral casting process, and a precision slide device is integrated on the upper part. The X-axis moving platform is equipped with an imported roller guide mechanism, which is matched with a direct-connected servo drive unit and a precision ball transmission system to form a composite drive module.
